ATLAS TREK ITINERARY FOR MT TOUBKAL TREK 5 DAYS ATLAS MOUNTAINS

Day 1: Hotel transfer from Marrakech to the Atlas and Tachddirt in Atlas mountains

Today, we'll pick you up from your accommodation and drive you to Oukaimeden, which is 2,600 meters above sea level. Before arriving in Oukaimeden, where we will begin our trip with the mule-drivers and the guide, we will take in the breathtaking scenery. After that, we'll go on a 5-hour guided Atlas hike to Tachddirt settlement. We stay in Tigmi Tachddirt with dinner and breakfast included. Day 2: Atlas trekking from Tachddirt to Aremd via Tamatert

Today you will travel over the Atlas Mountains on an adventurous tour from Tachddirt to the 2279-meter pass Tizi n'Tamatertat. After lunch, we descend to Aremd, a settlement at 1900 meters, where you will spend the night in an Atlas Mountains resort with dinner. Atlas Mountains lodge.

Day 3: Armed trek to Neltner

Today we hike from Aremd village to Sidi Chamharouch village at 2350 m, then to the Neltner at 3207 m after a stop. We arrive at Nelter for a night's stay and dinner.

Day 4: Trek from Nelter to Toubkal's summit - overnight in Aremd

Enjoy our ascent to the summit of Toubkal. We begin early in the morning, and you will be treated to a panoramic vista of Toubkal. After that, we travel back to the refuge and, after lunch, we arrive in Aremd village, where we spend the night in a pleasant Atlas Mountains hotel with dinner. Aremd - Imlil - Marrakech, Day 5

Today is the last day of the Atlas climb, and we will hike down to Imlil village. We bring you to your accommodation in Marrakech after a tea break in the village. Climb the Toubkal with best guide:  For best experience you will need walking boots and socks, Trekking pants and Comfortable shoes/slippers. We recommend also rain-pants for hiking trips in Morocco. Do not forget Underwear / Long johns / T-shirts and Hat /Goggles (in winter Toubkal trek) and sunglasses (summer Toubkal Trek). For adventure trips take also Lightweight thermal or fleece gloves , Walking stick is recommended for adults in good condition, 3 to 4 season sleeping bag is good to take with you , Basic First Aid Kit is must -to-take-with, and other personal equipment.
